Return Policy

RETURN POLICY: 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached, in their original form (NOT worn, altered, or washed).
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund / exchange if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage
  • Pono Publications LTD. does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe an item is defective please give notice to info@threealight.com before sending the item back.
  • Use of pre-paid return shipping labels will incur a $7.00 shipping charge, which will be deducted from your return. Exchanges are free, please see below instructions.
  • You may use a shipper of your choice for a full refund, less the original shipping cost. To insure we receive your return/exchange please request a tracking number from your shipper.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns or exchanges.
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • All Refunds are issued to the original payment method

HOLIDAY RETURNS:

  • We will gladly accept returns of merchandise purchased November 1st through December 25th until February 1st .
  • If you are returning a gift and are not the original purchaser, please be sure to indicate any changes to the delivery address.
  • Please indicate if would prefer to have a gift card mailed to you if your exchange is out of stock.
  • Please note if no replacement item or gift card is requested, the return credit will apply to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

NON-PREPAID RETURN PROCESSING (with label you provide):

  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package

  • Ship your package with your choice of shipper. To insure we receive your return/ exchange, please request a tracking number and insurance from your shipper. We are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges with outside shippers.

EXCHANGES: 

Please note that we are only able  to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return the original item for a refund.

  • Securely repackage your merchandise. Cover or remove any original mailing address label or shipper barcodes from package
  • Affix prepaid shipping label to package
  • Drop off your package to your nearest UPS location
  • Please keep bottom tracking portion of the label for your records and tracking
  • PLEASE NOTE: If the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, a refund will automatically be issued to the original purchasing credit card and you will be notified via email.
